1. Who can use my account login?

Accounts are assigned and legally registered to individuals not to a business. Licensees are legally responsible for the data they enter and for the protection of that data including protecting the account information. Sharing account logins increases your legal liability and risk from data theft. To protect your data, our platform will allow only one user to be in an account at a time. For security purposes the account users computer, IP address and session along with data will be logged during each session. Suspicious activity will result in an immediate freeze of the account and data access rights.

2. What does The AGRI-DATA? Solution license include?

The AGRI-DATA™ Solution license includes fully integrated data management, analysis and reporting tools that access your data stored in The AGRI-DATA™ Platform. Tools include modules for crop planning, crop input tracking, soil and tissue test importing and analysis, fertilizer quick blending, field scouting and harvest data tracking along with valuable report generation capability.

3. How do I know that my/our customer?s data is secure?

Our platforms have passed security audits in Canada and the USA. Your data is protected by a world class, third party data management company called Crystal Tech that are SAS 7 compliant. CrystalTech utilizes multi-tiered security measures to ensure the physical security of your data, including 24/7/365 professional security, video surveillance, biometric retinal scanning, and a man-trap entry point.

4. Who owns the data that is on the platform?

The data is owned by the individual or business that pays for the account login.

5. Can I access the platform and my data from a web browser other than Microsoft Explorer?

Currently The AGRI-DATA™ Solution platform requires users to login using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher.

6. Can I access the data from outside my office?

You can access your data and our platforms from any computer that has Microsoft Explorer.
